How To Install

Installing Wordpress Share Locker is extremely easy. All you need to do is upload the zip file named: share-locker.zip to your WordPress dashboard. To do that, visit the Plugins page in the Wordpress Dashboard and click the "Upload" link. Once you have uploaded the plugin, activate it, then visit the settings page to configure the plugin before using it.  

Wordpress Dashboard >> Settings >> Share Locker - This page lets you control Share Locker. You can configure the various settings and disable or enable various sharing buttons globally.  

How to Use

When creating a post / page you will see a new LOCK icon in your tinyMCE toolbar post editor. When in visual mode you will see the lock icon, this is how you will generate the shortcodes to create your share lockers.  

Create A Share Locker:

1. Highlight the content in the post editor that you want to lock inside.
2. Click the lock icon and a popup will show allowing you to configure the content locker.
3. Select the color theme and message to show above the social buttons in the content locker and click next.
4. You can choose to show the like button, and define what URL to use if you do not want to use the current page feature. Click next.
5. You can choose to show the Google+ button, and define what URL to use if you do not want to use the current page feature. Click next.
6. Here you can choose to show which twitter buttons you want as well as set the default tweet text. If left empty Twitter will automatically use the page title of the page the user is tweeting from. You can also define what URL to use in the tweet if you do not want to use the current page feature. Click next.
7. Like the other buttons you can choose to show the LinkedIn share button and define what URL to use if you do not want to use the current page feature.
